Advice on appointment and construction management Advising the operational teams in all stages of performance according to HOAI, with regard to plan management system, management of contracts and design of contracts in the follow-up management Advising the operational teams with regard to building issues, e.g. Approval procedures and coordination with the competent authorities Construction Law Creation and Construction Management: Creating workshop concepts and implementing them with the operational project teams Development and design of a guide for the scheduling and scheduling of large bridge projects as part of the process management manual

Completed academic degree (Master or Diploma) in the field of civil engineering with a focus on construction or a comparable subject Long-standing professional experience in large projects with bridge construction Class B driving licence and readiness to operate a utility vehicle German language skills in word and writing

Would be desirable: Very good knowledge of the HOAI performance phases, in particular the processes in planning, execution preparation and construction Experience and sound knowledge in construction project management, including project planning, control and execution, as well as construction and construction logistics, in particular in bridge construction Experience in building law creation of public large-scale construction projects Experience in contract management Safe handling of Microsoft Office programs
