Start als Objekttechniker / Haustechniker (w/m/d) bei der ROM Facility Solutions, an innovative company of the Zech Group, which leads Facility Management to the digital age. Your main tasks: You take the technical responsibility for the maintenance, inspection and maintenance of building equipment. Here you take operating tours, detect malfunctions and perform fault analyses as well as troubleshooting. You will document your work results and provide transparent reporting. You're taking part in the standby service.

Your basis is a technical training, e.g. as a plant mechanic (w/m/d), electronic (w/m/d), mechatronic (w/m/d) or a comparable qualification. With MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel), you'll be sure to document your work. You have good German skills (at least B1) and communicate safely with customers / colleagues (w/m/d). Class B licence is available.
