As a production assistant (m/w/d), you are part of a dynamic team and play a key role in the production and processing of products. With a good eye for detail and the willingness to work in a continuous layer system, you contribute to ensuring the high quality of production. You support your colleagues and make sure everything goes smoothly – even if it gets hectic. If you like to start and take responsibility, this is exactly the right job for you!

• You help in the production and processing of products in a production environment.
• You carry out quality controls and make sure that the products meet the quality standards.
• You are responsible for the operation and maintenance of production facilities.
• You can use the packaging, sorting and storage of the products.
• You work in a structured and independent way, but you also like to work in the team.

We are looking for

We are looking for motivated personalities who want to participate in production. You don't have to be a professional – professional beginners or cross-comers are welcome. Mainly, you have pleasure in work and an understanding of production processes. You should be ready to work in continuous layers and bring a certain degree of flexibility.

• You have German knowledge at least on B2 level to understand and implement work instructions.
• You have first experience (0-3 years) or interest in an activity in production – cross-comers are welcome!
• You are physically resilient and you like to actively engage.
• You are reliable, punctual and ready to work in the layer system.
• You have a quick understanding and pay attention to quality and precision.
