Your tasks:

• Support as a single point of contact for customers from the automotive industry (OEMs and Tier 1.2)
• Processing of customer complaints and initiation of emergency measures to ensure product quality
• Moderation of FMEA workshops with the CAQ system Babtec
• Support for problem solving, implementation and verification
• Implementation or support of in- and external audits
• Working in internal or overarching working groups

Your profile:

• Complete technical studies, technical training or long-term professional experience in quality management
• Experience in the automotive industry or a related area of advantage
• Knowledge of quality management, especially in the processing of customer complaints and the implementation of FMEA workshops
• Safe handling of CAQ systems, preferably Babtec
• Embossed communication and moderation capabilities
• Team-oriented operation and initiative
