Type of employment: Unlimited Working time: Full time Place of work: Dresden As a quality engineer:in risk management, our team strengthens the focus on FMEA. You moderate the process and process flow FMEA at the Dresden plant, follow the implementation of necessary measures and ensure that the FMEA is updated in an order-based manner. In doing so, you support the experts to anchor your knowledge in the FMEA by asking the “right” questions. In an interdisciplinary team, as a moderator, you combine the different views. As part of the Q Method Network at the Dresden plant, you will ensure a lively interaction of FMEA with the other Q methods, in particular quality planning, change and deviation management, as well as systematic problem solution.

Education: completed studies in the STEM field, as an economic engineer or comparable degree Personality: cooperative and communicative, learning, team-capable Operation: responsible, structured, independent, interdisciplinary, customer-oriented Experience and know-how: experience in the moderation of e.g. workshops and experiences with FMEA, ideally training as a moderator, first knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing technology, ideally experience with FMEA software ''IQ-RM'' Languages: good knowledge of German and knowledge of English in word and writing
