Responsibility for compliance with applicable law and other regulations binding on the institution Support for research projects on approval processes, cooperations, contracts, procurement and import/export issues Support in the further development of the scientific and technical infrastructure, including related construction and procurement processes Communication Management of Internal Communication at the Institute risk management: support for management in the areas of work, fire, health, radiation, animal and environmental protection through central coordination with the respective persons responsible, including to ensure documentation requirements; Support for the management of the tasks and obligations arising under the responsibility of the operator Close cooperation with the management of operating technology and management Support for conceptual planning and scientific editorial of the Institute's research reports and the contributions for MPG publications Preparing and revising college meetings, documentation and implementation of decisions Support for networking with universities, especially in Tübingen, as well as central contact persons at the Institute for Campus Opportunities

We expect a completed university degree with doctoral studies and a well-founded expertise from several years of professional experience in science management, preferably an academic research institute. An independent, proactive and reliable way of working as well as intercultural competence are of course for you. You have a large organisational institution, are flexible in the takeover of new tasks and are safe to negotiate in German and English.
