Working Student HR Services (m/f/d)

Strengthen our HR Services in Munich (Germany) at the next possible time.

• You work with the creation of work contracts as well as personal-relevant writings in compliance with the defined labour law requirements and submit the data to our IT systems

• You set up work certificates based on defined specifications

• You support us in creating works council hearings

• You support the optimization of processes and work with team-wide projects

• You are also involved in administrative and organizational tasks in our HR Services team

• You are currently in a study, with a focus on staff, business management, law, pedagogy or communication

• Ideally, you have already been able to gain first practical experience through internships or a student job

• You know very well with MS Office, optimally with SAP

• Communication and team skills as well as an independent, reliable and structured way of working with high quality awareness

• Long-term availability at 16-20 h/week, during the semester holidays also more

• German and good English skills
