• Self-employed and independent realization of demanding construction projects in turnkey construction
• Guidance and coordination of contractors used in the construction sites
• Ensuring the quality, time and cost-oriented execution of all works at the construction site
• Creating calls for tenders and negotiating, awarding and billing of subcontractors

You bring that with

• Graduate of the Department of Civil Engineering or a comparable degree
• At least 5 years of experience in conducting construction projects
• Technical competence, economic thinking, self-initiative and solution-oriented organisational skills
• Fun at coordinating complex processes, team skills and flexibility
