You are the strategic and operational engine behind the roll-out of our Exoskelette. Your goal: to make a group-wide standard from individual pilot projects. Roll-out: Planning, control and implementation of the introduction of the BionicBack at Key Accounts throughout Germany Stakeholder management: coordination and communication with management, works council, security specialists (FaSi) and production staff Change Management: Active monitoring of change processes, overcoming resistances and promoting acceptance Success measurement: Structured survey of feedback and key figures for the argumentation for comprehensive use Strategic interface: Close cooperation with Head of Sales to identify upselling potentials and contract extensions
