You are studying (economic) informatics, economics or a comparable course of study with IT reference You have a high technical affinity, a good basic understanding for IT infrastructures and interest in IT systems You have fun analyzing technical questions in the support context and finding solutions You work structured, carefully and bring a high sense of responsibility You have very good German knowledge in word and writing, communicate clearly, binding and have no bareness in front of direct customer contact First contact points with databases, interfaces, cloud/saaS environments or programming are a plus, but no need
