Your menu

• You are responsible for the smooth running of the kitchen and make sure that the goods are always available for the current menu
• You support the team to ensure complete hosting of guests
• You lead, motivate and train the kitchen team as well as the output staff and start the schedules
• You will continue to develop the food supply in line with the food management, based on guest feedback and with the aim of minimizing food waste
• You co-ordinate the cooperation between the kitchen and service and ensure efficient kitchen operation, keeping the budget
• You work closely with quality management and make sure that your workplace is always clean and hygienic, because cleanliness is a core value of our way of working, while adhering to the HACCP guidelines is of course

Your ingredients

• You have a completed training to cook (m/w/d), ideally with an additional qualification as a kitchen master (m/w/d)
• You have several years of professional experience, ideally in system gassing
• You have already gained first experience in managing small teams
• You have good knowledge of a commodity management system
• You convince by your open and friendly appearance and have good German skills
• You can deal well with stress, are helpful and flexible
• You are ready to support weekends and evening hours
