Your tasks:

• Telephone acceptance of customer requests, answering requests and, if necessary, forwarding to corresponding areas
• Creation of protocols and reports by default
• Creation of presentations, price information and offers
• Project, supply and commissioning and maintenance and billing
• Professional representation of the company and welcome of visitors
• Visitor reception / entrance area
• Visiting organisation at visits to the plant
• Organisation of missions
• Planning and coordination of appointments and meetings
• Key User:in for SAP and CRM

Your qualifications:

• Training in the commercial sector
• Experiences and knowledge as assistance in sales
• Industrial experience (special machine construction desirable)
• Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
• Self-responsible, solution-oriented work and safe occurrence
• Embossed organizational talent and high communication skills
• Teamability, careful work and reliability
• SAP and CRM knowledge of advantage
• Secure handling of MS Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
