Audi Business Innovation GmbH was founded in 2013 as a wholly owned subsidiary of AUDI AG and plays a key role in shaping the current digital transformation in the automotive industry. As a company specialising in digital end-to-end product development and innovation, the Audi Business Innovation is developing new products and platforms to enable Audi customers to experience a holistic digital driving experience and more conscious time in the car. The expertise ranges from trend and market analyses to the development of digital, customer-centric services and business models to their implementation along the entire value chain. As an innovation incubator, the company is driving the development of additional digital offerings around the vehicle and beyond. The car is increasingly developing from the pure means of transportation to the Experience Device. In parallel, the Audi drivers become more and more a user. The Audi Business Innovation GmbH is driving this process with digital services and experiences that are new and support and inspire the Audi customers in their everyday life.

The focus of the Audi Commerce Platform (ACP) project is on the development of a platform that provides the customer with digital services, such as Function on Demand (FoD), in the latest vehicle generations. The ACP forms the central backend system, which is available on the one hand to the worldwide AUDI dealers and the AUDI frontend systems (e.g. myAudi App) APIs and thus maps the entire checkout process from product care to checkout route. On the other hand, the ACP ensures the delivery process, for example, to the vehicle or third-party providers. The ACP is currently active in more than 30 countries in Europe and America, and many other markets and products are on the roadmap. Organically, ACP acts as Agile Release Train (ART) according to SAFe 5.0 and currently consists of eight cross-functional Scrum teams.

The Audi Business Innovation GmbH is based in Munich.

The place is to be occupied in Munich for at least 6 months, preferably as a student work (about 17 hours per week) or as an internship (full time) with the option of a subsequent working student activity. What awaits you on your mission The Agile Release Train ''Audi Commerce Platform'' consists of nine international, cross-functional teams and the Level program. We work with AUDI AG and with our partner companies collaboratively and passionately on the customer-centric further development of our platform. As a full-fledged member of the 'Release Train Engineer & Scrum Master Team' in the ACP, you will help to further develop our collaboration with plenty of space for your own ideas and active work at the ART and team level.

Supporting the teams and the Level program in implementing agile methods Support in the design, preparation and implementation of workshops and Scrum events Moderation / Facilitation of Meetings Development, implementation and validation of workflows and processes to increase value flow Organize and communicate the annual calendar for iterations and program increments (PIs) Preparing the PI-Planning Event and the Systemdemo
