Project Manager Building Automation - MEP / Control Engineering (m/f/d)

You run our projects in building automation and manage the order processing via all project phases independently You represent the project concerns to internal departments, customers:inside You are responsible for the personnel deployment planning for private and foreign personnel at the construction site Together with the planning department, you create work and assembly plans and are always in close contact with the sales department You always have a look at the project budget and order calculation and prepare bills and final accounts You conduct the project technically and commercially to successfully complete and monitor costs and services

You have a completed and German-recognized electrotechnical training or study with the focus on electrical engineering, technical building equipment or MSR technology You have experience in technical and organizational project execution and have knowledge in the right to work (VOB, BGB) You are familiar with the construction and function of building engineering systems and have extensive experience in the project management of building automation systems (e.g. KNX, DALI, BACnet, ventilation and heating controls) You work structured, solution-oriented and have a pronounced communication capability You act responsibly in relation to occupational safety, environmental and health protection and are sovereign in dealing with customers:inside and internal interfaces You bring leadership and organisational experience in coordinating employees and entrepreneurs:
