Assembly Production Planner (m/f/d)

Optimization of assembly and manufacturing processes through planning, structuring and clear documentation in SAP, work instructions, etc. Analysis and further development of existing workflows, layouts and processes using Lean methods (e.g. 5S, Kaizen, SMED). Conducting process and time studies with MTM methodology to identify sources of interference and to derive sustainable improvements. Determining utilisation and timing as well as creating and adapting cycle plans for a smooth production process Definition of work content and determination of personnel needs as a basis for transparent work structures. Conduct Make-or-Buy analyses and show technical and economic alternatives. Participation in the production-oriented design of components, implementation of constructive optimization proposals and participation in FMEAs. Participation and management of industrialization projects Support of the industrialization of new products and close cooperation with production, R&D, quality management, SCM, tooling, maintenance and IT.

Successfully completed technical training and technical training (e.g. technicians) or a comparable/high quality qualification. At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable task area. Knowledge of MTM, Lean Methods (5S, Kaizen, SMED, CIP), Value Current Analysis and Line Balancing. Good knowledge of SAP, MS Office and basic knowledge of CAD or layout tools. German and English knowledge in word and writing. Analytical thinkability, communication strength, team capacity, self-initiative, problem-solving competence and high organizational skills
