for our Private Banking department corporate customers and mandate business. We are looking for people!

Operational control and continuous further development of the co-representation of private banking-relevant corporate customers as well as the mandate business with asset management and individual depot support. Responsibility for institutional business and generation management, including target achievement and implementation of systematic cooperation models with the corporate customer bank and other interfaces. Management of the business units based on relevant qualitative and quantitative indicators and identification and use of growth and development potentials. leadership, accompaniment and targeted further development of the team, promotion of ownership and liability. Ensure uniform quality and consulting standards as well as active participation in the optimization of services, processes and cross-departmental cooperation in the field of asset management. Close cooperation with the department and second department management as well as with specialist and relevant interfaces to achieve strategic goals together. Your profile You bring with... a completed training to the bank clerk, a completed business training (e.g. Bachelor or Business Administration), multi-year successful management experience in a private banking or asset management environment (e.g. management of corporate customer support, mandate business or institutional customers), Funded expertise in private banking, ideally with experience in co-representation of corporate customers, generation/success management and institutional business, and pronounced communication and change competence, empathy and the ability to create a strong team feeling.
