Process Analyst / Process Manager Logistics & Production (m/f/d)

Recording of the operating processes in the factory from the incoming goods, production logistics and production stages to the outgoing goods. Definition of target processes, including coordination with the departments and factory management. Establishing a process documentation and creating process maps as the basis of a system configuration for the design of an IT system Documentation of all shopfloor and manufacturing processes Construction of a process monitor for ongoing operation including control of continuous process improvements Continuous training and changes in the process landscape

Successfully completed studies in the field of economic engineering, business informatics, business management (with focus on logistics/production) or a comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience. Detectional experience in process analysis and documentation within a manufacturing industrial company. Understanding the logic of modern software systems (ERP, MES, WCS) including the relationships of master data and physical material flows in the system. Embossed ability processes to visualize and knowledge in common tools (e.g. Visio, BPMN, Miro). High self-initiative and structured, analytical and detailed work Strong communicative skills to understand complex facts. Readiness to travel to our works Very good knowledge of German and English in word and writing
