Your duties

• Guide and introduction of your cleaning team
• Intensive professional exchange with the customer
• Quality assurance regarding the delivered cleaning service
• Documentation of your team's working hours
• Implementation of special operations, e.g. after renovations
• Support in quality and environmental management

Your property is located in Siegen. Working hours take place in a shift plan model between 6:00 and 21:30 from Monday to Saturday.

This will inspire us

• Ideally training as a building cleaner or perennial professional experience
• Experience as a foreman
• Secure communication in German
• An understanding of cleanliness and initiative
• Willingness to work in shiftwork and empathy

• car and car driving license of advantage
