Internship Technical Training & Junior Development (Heidenheim, BW (DE)) (m/f/d)

You enter our trainees in post-work and learning times and support them in the field of vocational training. You actively participate in the further development of our learning platform MLS, which is used in training. You actively work with and support the team in the ongoing training (interesting mechanic, industrial mechatronics engineer). You evaluate the currently used recruitment test for applicant selection and introduce your ideas. You have the opportunity to edit smaller task packages independently. When performing the technical pupil internship as part of the career orientation, you help. You participate in internal meetings, security briefs and project meetings.

You are an intangible student (m/w/d) in the field of engineering education, mechanical engineering, mechatronics, industrial engineering or a comparable degree program. You are passionate about technical professions and current training topics and follow developments in this area with great interest. We presuppose current knowledge of German and secure MS office skills. Through your own initiative, your team spirit and your commitment, you actively contribute to projects and work reliably with others. You have the pleasure of using your theoretical knowledge practically and are motivated to continuously develop your knowledge. A structured and solution-oriented way of working as well as very good communicative skills characterize you. .
