Team Leader Data Engineering (m/f/d)

Project Roadmap & Control: Joint development of the project roadmap with stakeholders from specialist areas and business intelligence as well as acquisition of coordination and project management

Data integration & technologies: driving data integrations to ORACLE on-premise using modern technologies (ETL and workflow tools, Python, GIT etc.) and agile methods

Processes & Quality: Further development of existing data integration and quality assurance processes as well as corresponding standards together with the team

Transformation & Platforms: Active design of transformation processes of other data platforms such as EXASOL or Google Cloud to a collaborative data landscape

Coaching & Leadership: Role as a coach and motivator for your team as well as promoting a trusted, partnership cooperation across all hierarchy levels

External partners: selection, control and professional support of external consultants

Education / Studies: Complete study of computer science, economic informatics, economic engineering or comparable qualification

Professional experience: Multiannual experience as a consultant:in, developer:in and/or IT architect:in with successfully implemented software projects in the middle or group environment

Team leadership: motivation to develop yourself into a team leadership role and take on professional and disciplinary responsibility

Collaboration & Leadership: Ability to promote self-responsibility and team cohesion and to guide your team clearly, empathically and professionally in challenging situations

Communication & Consulting: Embossed consulting skills as well as very good communication skills in German and English to establish long-term relationships with team and departments
