Your IMPACT Generation and processing of all internal and external customer service requests Responsible for the planning of repairs, commissioning and retrofitting for all SE solar inverters and solar solutions throughout the country / in the region Coordination of a team of external service technicians and contractors for all service requirements Maintaining data quality / dashboard in service data management tools Follow-up with customers to review customer satisfaction by the Customer Relationship Manager Manage and create reports on the customer's contractual performance in line with the Customer Relationship Manager.
