To strengthen our team, we are now looking for a dedicated and responsible Vorarbeiter (m/w/d) in the building cleaning for our MEDIAN Klinik Bad Berka. In this responsible position, you and your team ensure highest hygiene standards and contribute significantly to the safety and well-being of patients, visitors and employees.

Your main tasks

• organization, coordination and monitoring of daily cleaning processes
• Technical guidance and support of the cleaning team
• Implementation of quality controls and documentation of cleaning services
• Introducing new employees
• Close cooperation with the service manager and the clinic administration
• Active cooperation in the cleaning area as needed

Your profile

• Multiannual professional experience in maintenance cleaning, in the best case also desirable in the field of hospital cleaning

• First leadership experience of advantage

• Organizational and structured working

• Reliability, Responsibility and Teamability

• Good knowledge of German in word and writing

• Your working hours: Mo-Fr 6.00 a.m. to 14.30 p.m. or 10.30 am to 7 pm

• Weekend shifts as required
