At People & Culture Development (HR), you will ensure a high quality in the design and implementation of change processes of the STRABAG Group in the Team Organisational Development. We accompany leaders in national and international change and transformation projects from request to debriefing. Your duties include: Support in strategy implementation (using OKR) Design and moderation of large group events Combination or restructuring of organisational units Optimization of meeting structures and procedures Conflict Support Supporting team development processes Advice on cultural development projects Support of Post-Merger Processes

You have a degree with a focus on business psychology, business management, organisational development or change management You look proud of several years of experience and independently implemented change projects You could acquire systemic knowledge as part of training or through professional experience You have a well-stocked method case with various change tools and agile working techniques You are aware that in this role you can only be successful with sovereign appearance, a high degree of self-guidement and excellent communication You present and moderate very well – even at events with large groups You understand how to steer people and organizational units with different views and requirements for a joint project You are happy when projects give you the opportunity or need to travel professionally You have excellent German and English skills
