the youth and family department.

• a completed study (Diplom/Bachelor) of social work, social education or comparable
• Joy in cooperation with people, independent work and the development of networking structures
• Commitment, motivation and communication skills
• Authenticity in action, empathy and intercultural competence
• knowledge of violence prevention, conflict resolution skills and experience in crisis intervention
• Experience in working with children and young people in burdensome situations and multi-problems
