Processing and digitization of input invoices as well as creation, testing and depositing of booking and billing documents Maintenance and updating of supplier master files as well as compiling statistics and administrative evaluations Takeover of general administrative tasks, e.g. post-processing, time management and material orders Responsibility for cash management including cash withdrawals, cash closing and cash management according to corporate regulations Control of weighing certificates and proper weighing of vehicles in compliance with statutory requirements Collection and management of goods inputs and outputs including document testing, system input and allocation of variety and storage data Coordination of logistical processes, including coordination of loading and unloading locations, production of loading/leach certificates and processing of special cases (e.g. radioactivity warning system)

You have completed your professional training or a reasonable degree You have several years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in the disposal or metal recycling industry A safe handling of MS Office applications is just as good as a reliable, careful and independent operation Personally, you score with your high team and service orientation, with enforcement strength, high loadability and a friendly and communicative appearance
