Surgical Assistant - OR / Instrumentation (m/f/d)

You prepare our three operating rooms with technical expertise and a lot of overview You make sure that instruments, materials and devices are perfectly prepared You work closely and trustfully with our surgeon: You take professional instrumentation and jumping activities during the interventions and think forwardly so that each handle sits You accompany awake patients: inside, explain procedures, calm them and give them the feeling of being in safe hands You take care of the treatment of the surgery after the interventions and carry out the professional transfer of the patients: inside to ensure a smooth transition to the further processes

You have a completed training as a surgical assistant:in (OTA) You bring at least one year of professional experience in the surgery sector and are safe in instrumentation and jumping activities. With your empathic and communicative way, you create a trusting atmosphere, especially for our awake patients. You are a real team player and appreciate the close, interdisciplinary cooperation with the entire OP team. You speak fluent German (C1 level) and ideally bring good English skills.
