Advice and support: Personal and telephone advice of our customers in all service matters for cars Date management: organisation and coordination of daily service dates Cost proposals: Creation and coordination with customers Order processing: management and organisation of service orders for smooth running Data maintenance: maintenance of customer and vehicle data and installation of new customers Development: Participation in continuing training

Completed training in the automotive sector, preferably for cars (commercial or technical) Experience as a service consultant or customer contact Safe handling of PC, tablet and office applications Strong customer orientation and sympathetic appearance Communication strength and joy in dealing with people Organizational and independent, structured working
