Regionalleiter / Regional Project Manager (m/f/d)

Regional construction management: technical and disciplinary overall responsibility for all construction measures and assembly services within your project region from the construction field to the turnkey handover. Team management on site: management and demand-oriented planning of our decentralized building managers on site, the TGA specialist manager, quality manager and coordination of the personnel of our assembly partner. Contact person on site: Representation of FEPS GmbH at regional level as a direct contact person for the construction-leading levels, the local construction administrations, the construction management and the property managers. Date & Quality Control: Ensuring the timely assembly in standardised clock procedures on site, complete monitoring of construction quality as well as guidance of the as-built construction documentation (construction logs, acceptance logs). Security & construction site governance: Responsibility for the construction site facility (e.g. building fences, access), compliance with safety regulations in the protected public property sector and coordination of the nationality requirements (BMI list). Commissioning control: coordination of technical functional testing, control of multi-week trial operation and monitoring of expert and administrative abatements up to total mismatch.

Education: Successfully completed studies in the field of civil engineering, architecture or comparable engineering qualification (e.g. state-tested construction technicians or craftsman with many years of professional experience). Professional experience: multi-year (min. 5 years) well-founded experience in construction management or operational project management of turnkey construction projects, ideally in the field of wood module construction, system construction or prefabricated assembly. Leadership competence: Detectable experience in the management of construction management and craftsmen teams as well as the effective control of cross-sector entrepreneurs. Building Law & Industrial Protection: Secure knowledge in public construction (VOB/B, VOB/C, state building regulations) as well as knowledge of the requirements for occupational safety at construction sites (RAB 30 / SiGeKo). Language & Travel Competence: German language skills (level C2) mandatory; good knowledge of English for coordination with our modules; high mobility and readiness to travel within the project region as well as class B driving licence. Safety check: willingness and suitability to carry out a regulatory safety check (SÜG) for work in safety-related properties.

Attractive remuneration: A solid gross annual salary of approx. € 75,000 - € 90,000 p.a., supplemented by a success-oriented bonus component.
