(Junior) Asset Manager Real Estate (m/f/d)

Key position: You are responsible not only for the administration, but for the proactive development of our real estate stock. You are the economic ''Owner'' of your objects and connect real estate know-how with analytical vision. Property portfolio management: You are responsible for the entire life cycle of the real estate portfolio with a focus on void-level reduction, area efficiency and excellent customer experience. Result control: Through full transparency over costs and revenues, you use the side cost accounting as a strategic tool for active returns. Cash flow optimization: Based on loadable data, you analyze deviations and rental potentials to secure stable and predictable cash flows at object level. Project management: As an internal interface, you coordinate all stakeholders for a timely, budget-compliant and future-oriented area adaptation. Digitalization: You use SAP RE‐FX for strategic control and drive digitalization through high data quality for sound decisions.

You have an internship or business studies or a completed vocational training and a further training to the specialist or a similar qualification. You have first professional experience in the above-described field of activity. You have good knowledge of rental law, operating costs regulation and ideally first knowledge of the number-based mapping of complex facts in SAP RE‐FX. Your work is characterised by proactivity, analytical strength and motivation to master complex challenges independently and solution-oriented. You act as sovereign as well as safe from negotiation and can clearly and address your policies towards management. You're a real team player and have fun working with the team. .
