As a pedagogical project employee in vocational training and further education (w/m/d), you will design educational initiatives, inspire learners and help people advance professionally in the long term. You test the medical records against the background of professional goal-finding and taking into account the physical limitations. You conduct lessons with the focus on health, healthy diet and exercise. You take over the subscriber-related administration and documentation. You're conducting information talks. Complete study of Motology, Sports Sciences or Education Experience in adult education and vocational rehabilitation Knowledge in the areas of health and occupational integration management Joy of personal contact with the Rehabilitand* Empathy, friendliness, high communication skills, resilience and team skills Computer knowledge based on MS Office
