We are looking for a dedicated specialist dispatch (m/w/d) responsible for the efficient delivery of aircraft parts in our customer company. In this position you play a central role in the timely delivery of high-quality components. If you have a passion for logistics and aviation and want to work in a dynamic environment, apply now!

• Avize the ready-to-order boxes to the freight forwarders and clarification of requests from freight forwarders and customers
• Create the Shipping Advices as well as booking activities in SAP
• Requests for export accompanying documents for customs and handover of finished shipping documents to the box issue
• Processing of hazardous goods shipments and creation of necessary documents for transport by road, rail, air and sea
• Support of all upstream and downstream processes

This will bring you

• Professional experience in a logistics company / Professional experience as a specialist dispatch (m/w/d)
• Conscientious work, responsible and independent work
• Good German knowledge of word and writing, English knowledge of advantage
• Basic knowledge of computer systems (SAP, e-mail)
• 3 layer readiness (breakfast, late, and night shift)
