Since our founding in 2016, we are now represented as an emergency supply service for beverages and food in almost all of Germany's metropolitan regions. Since 2020, the bottle mail is part of the Oetker Group. To fulfill our mission, we are looking for a (Junior) Category Manager (m/w/d) with a strong understanding of the range, analytical strength and strategic excellence. In this role, you actively shape the product orientation, tax cross-area topics and strategically advance our product groups with a clear focus and self-responsibility. You support the team in developing and implementing strategic assortment guidelines in the FMCG & Beverage area You bring your own ideas into product design and accompany the implementation within the product group teams

You analyze relevant KPIs, prepare data and support for profitability analyses to derive action recommendations

You advance the consolidation of regional and seasonal assortments and strengthen a brand- and customer-oriented assortment logic

You work closely with areas such as Supply Chain, Warehouse, Revenue Management and Commerce to ensure smooth operations and strategic coordination

You question existing structures constructively, think networked and develop strategies with vision

You have successfully completed your studies with economic reference/focus or comparable training You have first practical experiences. By way of example, through internships, work students' activities or your professional entry into trade, e-commerce or FMCG environment

You are interested in Management Category, assortment development and data analysis

You have a great passion for assortments, customer behavior and data-based assortment development

You have analytical skills, strong numerical affinity and first experience in dealing with KPIs and profitability indicators

You bring excellent communication skills as well as a hands-on mentality and are both a co-operative team player and a pulsator with bites

GS1 identifiers are helpful, but no duty – your interest counts more than the certificate
