As a primary digitization partner of the Bundeswehr, we provide stable, safe and efficient IT services in Germany and abroad, from basic operations to the field close to the application and thus contribute to the continuous increase in the leadership and operational capacity of the Bundeswehr. With over 7,700 colleagues, we operate and modernise one of the largest and most complex IT infrastructures in Germany. We are looking for responsible IT specialists who are convinced that the Bundeswehr-IT will further develop in challenging digitalization projects and thus contribute to Germany's security. The SD UC (Unified Communication) area designes the communication solution of the BWI and the customer Bundeswehr at the highest technological level. This includes the softphone solution Cisco Jabber and video solutions for common web collaboration such as Cisco WebEx, Cisco CMS and Microsoft Skype. In addition, we continue to develop these constantly taking into account the current technologies and safety relevant considerations.

Self-contained design of modern Unified Communication solutions Creation of implementation specifications, concepts and documentation Analysis and evaluation of complex fault images Professional solution finding with manufacturers Technical management and implementation of technical requirements Cooperation in interdisciplinary and cross-service teams to develop complex solutions

Complete studies in the IT environment or comparable training with focus on Unifed Communication

At least 5 years of relevant professional experience in the UC environment

Wide knowledge in the Unified Communication environment and the associated technologies such as virtualization, LAN and WAN as transport media as well as their encryption

Deep technological knowledge of Cisco, Unify and Microsoft manufacturers and their products in the Unifed Communication area
