Leadership and motivation: Take the lead of a dedicated team of 17 employees. Create an atmosphere that promotes team spirit and collaboration to achieve optimal results together. Design of urban spaces: Manage 300,000 m2 of living commercial space, which is home to around 2,000 commercial renters, from office to Late. Your vision integrates special living forms and new buildings into our emerging districts. Strategic planning: In cooperation with our asset management, you develop rental and marketing strategies that reflect the character of our city. Your plans help to exceed budget targets and make the rental process smooth. Process optimization: As a central contact person, you can clarify and communicate important questions and regulations in commercial space management. You optimise processes to make them more efficient and anticipate challenges. Key point of communication: You coordinate the cooperation of the business team with other departments and subsidiaries and ensure an effective flow of information in our dynamic local environment. As an experienced networker, you collect valuable impulses for business topics within and outside the country's own housing companies. Reporting: You report directly to Operations and contribute to your analysis and insight into the strategic orientation.

You have at least a successfully completed commercial vocational training with additional qualifications, for example as a real estate specialist, or a degree in business or real estate management Your technical foundation is based on over 10 years of professional experience in real estate, especially in commercial space management, coupled with the ability to successfully lead a team Your negotiating skills and enforcing skills are targeted and entrepreneurial. You are able to maintain rest even in complex and challenging situations and effectively implement solutions with your strong endurance and resistance. A pronounced communication and contact capability and very good MS Office skills complete your profile. SAP experiences are advantageous.
