As a company-internal Lean consultation, we accompany the international production areas of Mercedes-Benz Cars during the introduction and further development. Our MPS experts are partners of the top management both in the restart of new series and in the optimization. Our team is responsible for strategic projects that are carried out together with the top management in all plants worldwide. Digital solutions are an essential part of our strategy.
