We shape everyday life in four family housing groups and pay particular attention to the abilities and needs of our residents. Professionally qualified: You are a examinated nursing specialist (age care professionalin, nursing professional or health care professionalin) and have a further education on the responsible nursing staff or a comparable study, e.g. in the field of care management. Experienced & committed: You bring at least two years of practical care experience and ideally experience in a management function. Design joy: You want to introduce new ideas, develop concepts and move something together with others. Strong personality: You communicate clearly and appreciate, are empathic and can make sovereign decisions even in challenging situations. Organized & digital: You work structured, keep an overview of various tasks and are familiar with digital care documentation and service planning.
