The TUM School of Computation, Information and Technology (CIT) is an important part of the Technical University of Munich – one of the leading European universities with around 52,000 students and more than 12,600 employees. We are looking to strengthen the Academic and Student Affairs (ASA) team of the School of CIT at the Campus Garching near Munich at the earliest possible time, in full or part-time (at least 80%) one/n Consultant (m⁠/⁠w⁠/⁠d) (CIT2026-17) You strengthen the existing team of degree management and support the Academic Program Directors (APDs) and Program Directors (PDs) in setting up new courses, developing existing courses and quality assurance measures necessary for accreditation. In order to ensure the quality and topicality of the courses, we place great emphasis on comprehensive and competent quality assurance. In particular, we are looking for support for the implementation of new projects in the degree program management and for the study program development at the TUM Asia Campus in Singapore.

Acquisition of projects in the field of course management (TUM LEAP, certificates, building new professional profiles) Support for the further development of study programmes and new development of new courses at the Campus in Singapore and at the CIT site in Garching Support in Accreditation of CIT Programs at TUM Asia Campus in Singapore Planning, organisation and execution of an approximately 3-week stay of TUM Asia students on site in Munich Project-related cooperation with colleagues in the Team Studiengangsmanagement, e.g. in the area of graduate celebration

A completed university degree Experience in university self-government is advantageous Great organizational talent and experience in organizing and coordinating courses and events Initiative as well as structured and independent action readiness to travel to the TUM location Singapore Reliable and thorough operation Talent for communication Joy in dealing with scientists:inside, empathy for different target groups Flowing German knowledge and very good English skills are provided A safe handling of MS Office and video conferencing software as well as the willingness to work into further programs and tools
