Our goal is to transform the dreams of our non-technical users (i.e. doctors and other medical professionals) with creativity into technically feasible concepts, in order to implement them in compliance with ease of use, scalability and runtime security.

WO YOU WITH ANPACK KANNST

• The task area includes telephone and written answers to customer and interested parties questions.

• Training and help with problems (i.d. by remote support with TeamViewer) are also part of your tasks.

• The recording and pre-analysis of bug reports to the programmers are also on your to-do list.

• This position can be exercised up to 100% from the home office. So you do not necessarily have to live in Thuringia or the surrounding area to work with us.

• A part-time job is also possible, but it would be ideal if you could sacrifice at least 30 hours of your time per week for us.

WHAT DO MUST HAVE

• You have an outstanding understanding, learning skills and skills in analytical thinking.

• You perform professional and friendly in communication with our customers and interested parties.

• You are interested in the daily handling of Apple devices.

• First experiences in the medical practice area would be a plus.

• In order to be able to grasp this correctly, it is imperative that you master German at least on C1 level.
