Your tasks:

• Organisation of the timely loading and document equipment of the freight according to the specifications, order documents and legal and customs regulations
• Transport disposition (registration of transport orders in freight forwarders taking into account the availability of materials in the warehouse
• dispatch processing in the computer system
• Creating all delivery documents incl. Customs documents when required
• Creating the daily charging list for MA logistics in compliance with the FIFO principle
• Acquises, price enquiries and price negotiations with forwarders
• Examination of forwarding invoices
• Requirement and administration of the request confirmations
• Maintenance of the customs program with deposit of documents for external checks
• Conducting statistics and their evaluation

Your profile:

• completed vocational training as a forwarding businessman/wife, merchant/wife forwarding and logistics service or multi-year detectable professional experience
• knowledge of customs clearance and the issue of necessary documents
• Experience in these tasks, including FIFO Principle, Customs, EDV, SAP, Transport Documents, Leading statistics etc.
• FS+PKW, if not coming from direct surroundings
• Treatable German in Word and Writing a Must
