Completed vocational training for the specialist:in or studies of computer science or comparable qualification with corresponding professional experience Finded professional experience in a comparable position Good knowledge and practical experience in z/OS, ISPF / TSO work environment and JCL Good knowledge of ITIL operating processes as well as their application in a service management tool (required ServiceNow) Good knowledge of job management by TWS (IWS / OPC) Analytically shaped thinking and working methods as well as a high customer orientation Self-responsible operation and a pronounced loadability Joy of constructive and communication cooperation in agile teams Good knowledge of German and English in word and writing Knowledge of the insurance industry No one is perfect and not all career paths are straight.
