You coordinate our construction projects from the fields of civil engineering, transport, infrastructure and free areas at the higher level and represent the interests of the builder. This means that all projects are best coordinated with each other. You always have a look at relationships between the individual construction projects. You recognize interfaces, coordinate dependencies and develop practical solutions together with the project teams. In order for our construction projects to be implemented efficiently, you will ensure smooth processes and a functioning building logistics. You will also take into account the requirements of the Residents already established on the TXL booth and bring different interests into line. As a central contact person, you can support our project management in matters relating to construction processes, area availability and other structural logistics topics and promote close cooperation between all stakeholders. Cooperation with overarching service providers – for example in the fields of building logistics, safety and health coordination (SiGeKo) or construction site management – is taxed and accompanied. You will always keep an eye on dates, quality and successful cooperation.

You have a university degree in the field of civil engineering, architecture, industrial engineering construction, environmental engineering, environmental sciences, construction project management or a comparable qualification. You have several years of professional experience in managing complex construction projects and have already taken responsibility for coordinating and successfully implementing projects. With your solution-oriented mode of operation, a pronounced hand-on mentality and your communication strength, you will be able to bring different participants together and advance projects in a targeted manner. Construction logistics is more than just a term for you: You bring with you a very good understanding of construction site equipment, traffic management and steering, material flows as well as area management and keep track of complex processes. You also know about construction site management, disposal, delivery coordination and access systems, and you know what it is about for a smooth construction site operation. In dealing with the relevant rules – such as HOAI, VgV, ABau, AHO and BGB – you are safe and use your knowledge routined in practice. You are also familiar with the procurement and contract regulations according to VOB/A and VOB/B. You know the requirements of procurement procedures, contract terms and performance limitations and make this knowledge safe in your daily work.
