Team MB.CO (Mercedes-Benz Customer Operations) Solutions & Technologies in Sales Operations (SC/SO) is responsible for implementing digital products along the core process 2 of Mercedes-Benz AG. The core process 2 is a central component for Mercedes-Benz – from planning to delivery of vehicles to our customers. The enrolled body shall focus on: Project cooperation in data analysis Activities in the iBTM ART by MB.CO Implementation of independent projects after successful incorporation Support in the analysis of data and data sources as well as translation into use cases relevant to the subject areas Support for rollout and test activities for MB.CO product streams Participation in co-ordinative tasks within the framework of cross-division projects (e.g. funding programme for talents) Cooperation of presentations for management and decision-making bodies and their preparation and follow-up Support in the integration of artificial intelligence, e.g. Agentic AI, into our processes and systems The activity can begin from September 2026 or earlier.

Course of study in the field of commercial, technical or scientific orientation (with a focus on business informatics/informatics) or comparable training Secure knowledge of German and English in word and writing Understanding digital topics Secure handling of MS Office, especially PowerPoint, Word and Excel First experiences in developing code with Python Analytical thinking and strategic working Please note that your internship at this site must have a prescribed mandatory share.
