Tasks

• They serve and advise our customers and monitor the scheduled handling of the shipments.
• You process internal and external differences in the course of the shipment and are interface between production, other branches and the customer.
• You document deviations in performance creation.
• They work in close coordination with our operational departments.

Qualifications

• You have completed training as a merchant (m/w/d) for forwarding and logistics services or a comparable commercial training as well as at best relevant professional experience in the logistics industry.
• Ideally, you can present first practice experiences within the stockpedition.
• They bring solid knowledge in the MS Office packages and the English language.
• You have a strong customer and service awareness as well as good communication skills.
• Team skills, flexibility, commitment and initiative complete your profile.
