Team Lead HR Administration & Payroll (gn) | Leipzig | hybrid

Place of work: Leipzig (DE), Hybrid Take responsibility: You run our HR admin team and actively support HR administration as well as wage and salary accounting. Promote development: You support your employees in their personal and professional development. You actively shape regular feedback talks and team meetings. Designing excellence: You optimise and structure administrative processes in such a way that You meet the highest demands in the future. Ensure liability: You accompany the administrative process from the entry to the exit of our employees. Creating interfaces: You coordinate cooperation with auditors, social security institutions and authorities. Promoting digitalization: You are a technology affinity and you are excited to automate manual and administrative processes using AI.

Personality: You are a team player (m/w/d) and convince by professionalism, passion and empathy – both internally and externally. Experience & quality claim: You work proactively and autonomously and contribute with high quality to a value-generating personnel work. Funded expertise: You bring significant know-how in payroll accounting as well as in dealing with a payroll software, ideally SAP SuccessFactors. Sovereign communication: Your structured way of working and your knowledge in labour, social security and wage tax law help you to communicate precisely and reliably. Leadership understanding: You identify with our open, value-adding corporate culture and bring it out credible through your leadership style. First management experience: You have already demonstrated first leadership in a comparable scale. Economic thinking: You understand economic relationships and think entrepreneurial. Languages: Besides the German language, you also feel very safe in English communication in word and writing.
