As part of the upcoming insourcing of IT tasks, we are looking for a specialist IT management (m/w/d) for our Operation & Control area at the Heilbronn site. The place is part of our new team IT management and unlimited and to occupy at least 80% in full time or part-time.

Your task: Active support of employees as a central contact person in the UserHelpDesk Maintenance of the hardware structure and participation in IT purchase Processing of IT orders in the context of employee change processes Output of hardware and license management Participation in client, system and server management as well as in vulnerability and test management Designing measures to empower colleagues in relation to IT issues Support for the administration and implementation of applications Participation in vulnerability and test management

Your profile: You have a commercial training, an IT training or a comparable qualification. The following skills and experiences ideally complete your profile: Professional experience in IT in a financial service/credit institution/savings bank Knowledge of IT management, licensing and/or IT procurement Embossed internal customer and team orientation Organisational strength and good communication skills
