Head of services in the field of vocational training and rehabilitation (m/f/d)

Responsibility for the management, (further) development and quality assurance of education in the field of vocational education and rehabilitation Technical and organisational management of the training areas Sanitary heating climate, metal, garden and landscape construction, cemetery construction and floristry Close cooperation with the department management, supply management and interdisciplinary teams (including pedagogy, psychology, medicine, administration) Staff and resource planning as well as team-oriented leadership and promotion of team culture Participation in the design of new educational and rehabilitation offers, taking into account current developments in the labour market, education policy and rehabilitation landscape Care and development of contacts to companies, clients (e.g. Agency for Labour, Pension Insurance), educational partners and regional networks Support of the department management in conceptual and technical issues as well as in strategic personnel development Ensuring a transparent flow of information within the responsibility area as well as active interface management for internal and external partners Compliance with and implementation of legal, regulatory and quality-relevant frameworks in the field of occupational rehabilitation

A completed qualification as a master, technician or comparable qualification relevant to the training areas. Experience in vocational education, rehabilitation or youth assistance – ideally in a management or control function Outstanding leadership skills and experience in personnel development, coupled with an appreciation, motivating leadership style Organisational strength, economic thinking and the ability to control complex processes structured Experience in concept development, supply planning and quality assurance Sovereign handling of sponsors, cooperation partners and operational contact persons Knowledge of the legal foundations of professional rehabilitation (e.g. SGB IX) Communication strength, team capability and a safe occurrence at different levels Openness for digital processes and innovative developments in education and rehabilitation The membership of a Christian church, which belongs to the working group of Christian Churches (ACK) in Germany, is desirable.
