For our renowned customer, we are looking for a DevSecOps & Compliance Engineer (m/w/d) at the Bremen location in direct exchange.

In this position, you play a central role at the interface between engineering, IT infrastructure and information security. You support the construction of a new development environment and ensure that modern DevOps processes are brought together with high safety and auditability requirements.

Your tasks: Takeover of the function as a technical IT security officer for the engineering sector Support and co-design in implementing a new development environment Support, extension and maintenance of the development environment including patch management Optimization and further development of existing DevOps and CI/CD pipelines Use of Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to automate and scale infrastructure Support for virtualization and container environments Ensuring the requirements according to ISO 27001 and taking into account the BSI IT basic protection Implementation and development of monitoring and logging processes to ensure auditability Assessment of technical solutions regarding functionality, IT security and compliance Monitoring compliance with safety guidelines for different levels of protection

Your profile: Complete study of computer science, IT security, systems engineering or a comparable qualification focusing on IT infrastructure or IT security Found professional experience in DevOps, DevSecOps or IT infrastructure Good knowledge of the construction and operation of CI/CD pipelines Experience with virtualization, ideally VMware vSphere, as well as container technologies Safe handling of infrastructure as code (IaC) and modern DevOps methods Knowledge of information security management, in particular ISO 27001 Knowledge of BSI IT basic protection is advantageous Understanding the special requirements for secure and auditable IT environments Self-employed and structured work and a high level of sense of responsibility and reliability Very good knowledge of German and English
