Technical support and further development of our CRM/marketing automation system (SAP Emarsys) Conception, development and continuous optimization of automated, cross-channel customer journeys and cycle campaigns along the entire customer life cycle (e-mail, WhatsApp, App/Push) Development, maintenance and further development of target group segmentation based on behavioral, transactional and profile data for targeted personalisation of CRM measures Monitoring, Testing (A/B) and Troubleshooting of Automation Flows as well as error analysis for interface and data problems in close coordination with our IT and service providers Ensuring data quality and clean data flows between CRM system, online shop and other connected systems KPI analyses and resulting optimization and test measures for performance improvement of CRM activities Active coordination and coordination management with all relevant departments and interfaces as well as take over project responsibilities for CRM/Automation projects
Successfully completed studies focusing on marketing, (economic) computer science or comparable qualification Reliable professional experience in the technically shaped CRM/marketing automation environment with a focus on interfaces, automation and segmentation Safe handling of CRM/marketing automation platforms and their interfaces; good knowledge of SAP Emarsys is beneficial Experience in building, maintaining and optimizing automation workflows and complex segmentation logic Technical understanding of data mapping and data integration Analytical thinkability, structured and solution-oriented mode of operation and a pronounced hand-on mentality Experience in project management, especially in the coordination of technical interfaces with IT and specialist departments German and good knowledge of English
