Transport law (approximately 50%) Responsible handling of liability and casco cases Legal examination, consultation, negotiation and execution of mandates Communication with our car house partners, clients, insurance companies and claimants Labour law (approximately 50%) Advice and representation, among others, of our partner car houses in employment-law issues – from recruitment to termination, accompaniment of termination protection procedures, dismissals, cancellation contracts and operational measures, support of labour-law mandates with specific industry relation to the automotive industry (e.g. car houses, workshop chains, fleet providers) Extensive support of existing mandates from the automotive sector, close cooperation with internal specialist departments and colleagues:

Approval as a lawyer / lawyer, or full lawyer Min. 2 years of professional experience in labour law and traffic law Independent, structured and conscientious working Joy of legal work in the digital and automotive environment Team skills and professional communication

Advice, no acquisition: You serve exclusively assigned mandates – an acquisition of customers or car homes is not required. Own-sponsored work with simultaneous structured mandate influx. Focus on the automotive sector, in both legal areas with direct practical reference to the automotive industry. Digital work in a modern, fully digitized environment. 37.5-hour week full-time and flexible part-time models. Payment of all overtime – from the first hour. Option to a 4-day week full-time after completed incorporation. Close team integration from the first day – while at the same time independent in case management.
