Your tasks

• In the function of the project manager TGA (m/w/d), you are responsible for the AI and data center projects in terms of technical building equipment from conception, planning, implementation to completion and handover
• You participate in the design of the projects and take over the award, control and optimization of planning services in the field of technical building equipment
• You take the vote and negotiation with authorities and parties to the construction
• You commission technically complex construction services and are responsible for on-time construction monitoring, budget control and quality assurance from design, planning, implementation to completion, documentation and handover
• You coordinate, organize and guide the project team from external service providers and internal departments
• You prepare the project report for internal decision-making and steering bodies

Your profile

• You have a successfully completed study in the field of electrical and utility technology, technical building equipment (TGA), technical facility management or a comparable degree course, as an alternative you bring a comparable technical training and further education, e.g. as a master or technician (m/w/d) with
• You have already gained several years of professional experience in the project management of challenging construction projects, in particular with regard to building equipment
• You have profound experience in negotiating with external service providers
• You are solution-oriented, powerful and working structured and independent
• You see entrepreneurial thinking and acting, a high level of service and cost awareness as of course
• You are passionate about innovation, automation, AI, and the digital transformation and are keen to participate in major projects
